DYF-5 split hydraulic Rama

Working Principles

Hydraulic rama is hydraulic starting lever directly move forward, so the push rod itself does not make the turn.Hook claw seat can be made directly with the thread pitch forward and back, as long as the operation after a slight swing handle, hydraulic actuating lever forward, corresponding hook claw back, the object is pulled out.

Using method & Note

1,using the slotted end of the handle when the first set into the oil return valve stem and valve stem oil return tighten clockwise. 
2,the hook claw adjust to hold on the pulling objects.
3,he handle into the lift hand hole piston actuating lever forward tilt back and forth smoothly forward, claw back accordingly, an object to be pulled out. 
4,starting piston rod of hydraulic Rama effective distance is only 50mm, so the use of extended distance not greater than 50mm, pulled out when there is no stopping, release the oil return valve, so that the piston rod is retracted starting to go after a good tune second repeat steps 1,2,3 times out so far.
5,purports to retract the piston rod starts to go, simply use the slotted end of the oil return handle counterclockwise slightly unscrew the valve stem, the piston rod in the spring under the starter gradually retraction. 
6,prior to use should be based on the outside diameter of the object is pulled, pull away and load force, select the appropriate tonnage hydraulic Rama, avoid overloading, to avoid damage. 
7,hydraulic Rama use temp at -5 ℃ ~ 45 ℃ , the use of (GB443-84) N15 machine oil; at -20 ℃ ~ -5 ℃, the use of (GB442-64) synthetic spindle oil.
8,in order to prevent equipment damage caused by overloading, overloading hydraulic unit equipped with automatic unloading valve, when the object is pulled over the rated load, overload valve will automatically unloading and instead use a larger tonnage hydraulic Rama.
